- ChangJia’s “China Hydraulic Flow Control Valve Wholesaler Flow Valve Wholesale” is a sandwich-plate, piston-type hydro-electric pressure switch (HED 1 series) designed to switch electrical circuits based on hydraulic pressure. It is a compact, industrial-grade unit (≈1.2 kg) made for mineral oil or phosphate ester fluids with an operating temperature range of -30 to +80 °C and viscosity tolerance of 10–800 mm²/s.

Switching pressure is adjustable via an external adjustment screw (nameplate and locking screw must be removed/secured during adjustment). Repeatability ±2% of set pressure. Switch frequencies: up to 300 cycles/min (HED1KA40B) and up to 50 cycles/min (briefly 100) for HED10A40B. Drain port pressure up to 2 MPa. Electrical ratings: AC up to 460 V/15 A; DC ratings vary (40 V/1.0 A; 125 V/0.4 A; 250 V/0.2 A).
